TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A 50% deposit is required within 7 days to secure your reservation. No provisional bookings will be held for longer than 7 days. Balance to be settled 14 days prior to arrival.

  • No pets are allowed on the premises. If a pet is found you will incur a fine of R750. “Service pets” will be allowed only when proper documentation has been supplied prior to your arrival date and is at the discretion of the Lodge.

  • Allocation of units is made within the discretion of The St. Lucia EcoLodge reservation staff, however every effort will be made to accommodate your request for a specific unit/extra beds/adjoining units/family units etc. subject to availability.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units. A cleaning/deodorizing fee of R750 will be charged should a guest/guests smoke inside the unit.

  • Please confirm your approximate arrival time and phone number to call in case of emergency.

  • Check-in is from 14:00 – 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00.

Cancellation Policy

  • When cancelling from 21-28 days prior to arrival, guests will forfeit 25% of the deposit.

  • From 14-21 days prior to arrival, guests will forfeit 50% of the deposit.

  • From 7-14 days prior to arrival, guests will forfeit 75% of the deposit.

  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival, guests will forfeit full deposit.

  • If guests do not arrive, the full deposit will be forfeited.
